Privacy policy
Short version: what you type into our tools stays in your browser. Advertising partners such as Google may use cookies if you allow them, and you can change that choice at any time.
1. Who we are
This policy covers toolspulsehub.com (“ToolsPulse Hub”, “we”, “us”). The site is operated by Muhammad Arshad Khan, Pakistan, who is the data controller for the limited personal data described below. Contact: toolpulsehub887@gmail.com.
2. Data you enter into tools
All calculators, text tools, code formatters, image tools, the password generator and the QR code generator run in your web browser. Numbers, text, code and files that you enter or upload are processed on your own device. They are not sent to our servers, and we cannot see them.
To remember a few settings between visits, the site writes small values to your browser’s local storage:
tph-theme— light or dark mode;tph-currency— the currency format you last picked in a calculator;tph-consent— your cookie choice, so we do not ask again on every page.
These values stay on your device. You can delete them by clearing site data in your browser settings.
3. Information collected automatically
Like every website, our hosting provider, Netlify, receives technical information when your browser requests a page: IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. These server logs are used to deliver the site, prevent abuse and fix errors. They are kept for a short period set by the host and are not used to build a profile of you.
We do not currently run analytics software. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated first, and analytics cookies will only be set where you have consented or where the law allows.
4. Advertising and Google cookies
This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and other advertising partners act as third-party vendors on this site:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use cookies, web beacons or similar technologies to measure ads and serve personalised ads, if you have not opted out of third-party ad serving.
These partners may collect your IP address, device identifiers, cookie IDs and information about the pages you view and ads you interact with. Google explains how it uses this information in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Consent. Before you choose, our site sends Google a “denied” signal for ad storage, ad personalisation and ad user data (Google Consent Mode v2). If you select Reject non-essential, Google may still show non-personalised ads, which use limited cookies for frequency capping, fraud prevention and aggregated reporting. Today, every visitor makes this choice in our own cookie banner, which passes it to Google through Consent Mode v2. A consent message from a Google-certified consent management platform will be shown to visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland once it is enabled, as Google requires for those regions; when it appears, it replaces our banner for those visitors.
5. How to opt out of personalised ads
- Change your choice on this site at any time with the link in the footer.
- Turn off personalised ads from Google in Google Ads Settings.
- Opt out of personalised advertising from many vendors at aboutads.info (US), youradchoices.ca (Canada) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU and UK).
- Use browser settings to block or delete cookies. Blocking all cookies may stop some sites from working properly.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of personalised advertising.
6. Messages you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. We use them only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a form-processing service that acts as our processor. We do not add you to a mailing list and do not sell or share your message.
7. Legal bases (GDPR and UK GDPR)
- Consent — advertising cookies and personalised ads. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — server logs for security and reliability, non-personalised ads to fund a free service, and storing your theme and consent choice.
- Taking steps at your request — replying to messages you send us.
8. Your rights in the EU, EEA and UK
Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because tool inputs never reach us, most requests will concern contact-form messages. Email toolpulsehub887@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). In the EU you can contact the data protection authority in the country where you live, listed by the European Data Protection Board.
9. Your rights in California and other US states
This section applies to residents of California under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and to residents of other states with similar laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Utah).
Categories collected in the last 12 months: identifiers (IP address, cookie and device IDs) and internet activity (pages viewed, ad interactions), collected by our host and our advertising partners; and, if you contact us, your name, email address and message.
Sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information for money. Allowing advertising cookies for personalised ads may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioural advertising under California law. You can opt out by choosing Reject non-essential in the , or by turning on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
Your rights: to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any), and not to be discriminated against for using these rights. Send requests to toolpulsehub887@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorised agent.
10. Canada
We handle personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You can ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you by contacting us, and you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
11. International transfers
Google, Netlify (our host) and Formspree may process data in the United States and other countries. Where personal data from the EEA or UK is transferred, these providers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, its UK extension, or standard contractual clauses.
12. Retention and security
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends, then deleted. Server logs are kept for the short period set by Netlify. The site is served only over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but tool data is never transmitted in the first place.
13. Children
This site is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Changes and contact
We will update this page if our practices change, for example if we add analytics, and we will change the “last updated” date above. Questions about this policy: toolpulsehub887@gmail.com.
