1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of toolspulsehub.com (the “site”), operated by Muhammad Arshad Khan, Pakistan. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. The service

The site offers free calculators and utilities that run in your web browser. We may add, change or remove tools at any time and do not promise that any tool will always be available. No account is needed and no fee is charged.

3. Estimates, not advice

Results are estimates based on the inputs you provide and the assumptions stated on each page. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal or other professional advice, and they are not an offer of credit. Our disclaimer forms part of these terms.

4. Your responsibilities

• Check results before relying on them, especially for decisions involving money, contracts or security.
• Only process content you have the right to use. You remain responsible for any text, code, images or files you load into a tool, even though they stay on your device.
• Keep generated passwords safe. We never see them and cannot recover them.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or to create content that infringes someone else’s rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• scrape or copy the site’s articles in bulk for republication;
• click ads deliberately or use automated means to generate ad impressions or clicks;
• remove or obscure copyright notices.

6. Intellectual property

The site’s design, articles, graphics and original code are owned by Muhammad Arshad Khan and protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with a link back. Results you generate with a tool, such as a formatted file, a QR code or a password, belong to you.

Third-party open-source components keep their own licences: qrcode-generator by Kazuhiko Arase (MIT) and js-beautify (MIT). Their licence notices are included in the bundled files.

7. No warranty

The site and all tools are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, about accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. Interest rates, tax rules and lending criteria change, and a tool may not reflect the latest rules on the day you use it.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, data or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or, where applicable, for death or personal injury caused by negligence. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you keep the statutory rights that apply to you.

9. Advertising and external links

The site may display ads served by Google and other partners, and it links to external sites such as government and regulator pages. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. An ad on this site is not an endorsement.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If you live in the UK, the EU or another country whose consumer laws give you the right to bring proceedings where you live, you may also do so there.
